This bass is one of two pilot builds that I had made for me by a Chinese manufacturer. I sold it to the bass player of Blo Ya Top. He used it for about a year and then he contacted me to ask for some modifications.
He wanted the checkerboard binding that I've used on the Brooks EB-PL Noir. But instead of a gloss black finish he wanted matte black. |
And instead of the Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound Single Coil he asked me to install a Split P pickup by DiMarzio. So I had to fill the original routing and make a new one.
The bass is also upgraded with Babicz Full Contact Bridge and Hipshot tuners plus a Bass Extender. |
